Jr. high lots of memories not a dud on the whole record
Music is such a powerful emotional memory trigger. This album brings back all the memories, good and bad, from my teenaged years and all of the associated heartache that went with it. Hearing snippets of these songs makes me both ache and cringe at the hokiness of 80’s rock and the loss of innocence experienced but I have to admit, for all its corniness I was somewhat smitten with this album briefly at the time. My gawd I recall how I hated Sister Christian and Kelly Keagy’s voice...
Very Good Album
This is the second best Night Ranger album. Not as good as Dawn Patrol but still a good solid rockin album. their two best song (sister Christian and When You Close Your Eyes) are on this album.
Forget Night Ranger
What, did the entire band and their families write these reviews? Night Ranger was horrible!! One so so song. They barely qualify s a one hit wonder.

Great album that takes me back to 1984 for sure! Great mix of songs. Gillis and Watson are in top form, Blades' and Keagy's vocals are in top form. There is way more on this album than "Sister Christian" and "You Can Still Rock in America."
This has some of the best songs of the 80's!
I just love this album! Rock in America is one of my favorite songs and Sister Christian is a classic. When You Close Your Eyes is an amazing balad too, so if you like clear-cut guitars and amazing lyrics, go Night Ranger!
"Sister Christian" is good & all, but "(You Can Still) Rock In America" doesn't seem to be getting as much credit as it should. It's just as good as "Sister Christian", if not better, plus don't forget that Night Ranger is a ROCK band, and this song proves it!
