Good... not great

It seems that with artists like Meek Mill, the iTunes reviews are written by people who either love them or hate them. As someone who before listening to Championships had little experience with Meek, I feel like sone of the production is impressive, while other tracks are lackluster, and some of the lyricism is clever, while some is redundant and unimpressive. βIntroβ is an energizing, effective opening, followed by the equally π₯ Trauma. Some tracks later, however, when the setlist arrives at On Me, things take a turn for the worse. The lyrics and the style of rapping in the song make Meek sound like a 13 y/o. Going Bad is, of course, an interesting feature for a former foe of Meekβs. Splash Warning is unlistenable. Although many tracks do boast very interesting production and others quite clever lyricism and powerful telling of what Meek has witnessed in his life, especially growing up in Libetty City.
