Chevelle has always been the most innovative rock band in the world and in history! These guys have so many enlightened ascended artistic ideas that even their bsides beat other people’s a-side! They have inspired a whole generation and the next to do more with their lives! They have changed the whole soundscape of Rock culture!! These guys have so many crazy insane ideas and are not afraid to experiment and create and discover new thing! There has never been and never will be a greater Rock band!!

Without a doubt Chevelle is and will continue to be my favorite band. Though nothing on this album is really new, it feels like a breath of fresh air. It follows Chevelle’s tried and true formula of 50% face melting rock and 50% feely feels that make you want to eat a carton of hagendaz ice-cream, which both adds up to a very diverse, yet quality album. This is a collection of songs spanning the entire career of the band which makes it great as you can hear them grow and change with each song. It is also great for Chevelle junkies like me, as I no longer have to rip the songs off of YouTube and can now get a quality copy of them. “Until Your Reformed” Has been and likely always will be my favorite Chevelle song, so I was pretty excited to see it brought to the forefront and not hidden away on the deluxe copy of wonder what’s next. I would say that it is a definite highlight on the album, as well as Sleep walking Elite, Glimpse of the Con, and Leto’s Headache. If you were to purchase this album as well as Point #1 you would have an excellent “I’m a Chevelle connoisseur, and the red wasn’t that great” starter pack, but now with extra snobbery. In closing I would recommend that you buy this album, the whole thing, and then block off a space on your calendar and just listen to it. Even if you have to choose between buying this album or paying a bill, do it, and then listen to it in the dark. Chevelle is an extremely underrated band, despite how popular they are, with talent to waste, and this album is a great sampling of their work. Pro Tip; Buy “Envy” From the album “Hats off to the Bull” as well.

Like most I started listening to Chevelle after their release of the song The Red. Grabbed a song here and there, but never fully invested myself into them. My number one band was this other group, lets just call them something smack. Then I went to see Chevelle once. Then twice then three......etc. Each album they release gets better. While I would love some new music, this B side album is killer and shows how much depth they have. These types of releases are usually put out to fulfill a contract and while this may be the case for this one it is still awesome.
  • Great Collection, Long Awaited By Fans

I am a little disappointed in the ignorant of so-called fans lake HOLLAND4228 and Cfuxurxy, first of all, it’s “already written” not “already wrote”, Second of all… I don’t like people shaming other fans for not knowing these tracks. I’ve been following the band for 20 years and love their work but have never been the type to spend exorbitant amounts of money back in the 90s by import CDs would b-sides, So although the songs have been made available in the past they are “new” to thousands of fans. They owed the record label one more album within the next year and since they have no plans to do an album of new material anytime soon it was either put out another greatest hits or put something out but that everyone had heard. I would really like for people to stop complaining all the time over stuff doesn’t matter. The band will have a new album out in 2021, until then this is a nice little stopgap to hold the rest of us over until it arrives in the material is extremely high-quality. It goes to show that even the stuff that got left on the cutting room floor was fantastic

    By no it isn't
As a hardcore Chevelle fan (as in I’ve been to over 100 of their shows and I road trip to see them annnnd I’m also from Illinois) this is something I’ve been waiting for. They read my mind, I’ve been wanting a collection with all their bonus tracks on it. Yes, I’d also love some new music but in the meantime I’ll accept this. These guys work hard at what they love. They appreciate their fans and they show it. This is for the ride or die fans that have heard these songs before -yes- but not all in one place. All I have to say is: Sam, Pete and Dean I LOVE you guys!

You guys are bunch of casual fans...at best. All of this stuff has already been released. This is disappointing. Put out a live album, a new album, an all acoustic album...but not an album of songs that chevelle lovers have already heard. That's called a cash grab for a band with too many halfass fans.
